Gene Sun

Gene Sun is Corporate Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer for FedEx, responsible for managing the digital risks of its broad transportation, eCommerce, and retail business services. He provides global leadership and strategic direction for cybersecurity, eCommerce fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across the FedEx enterprise, which consists of more than 520,000 team members and an annual revenue of $90.2 billion. He is co-chair of the FedEx IT Risk Council. Before being named CISO, Gene held various leadership roles in information technology, finance, and marketing.
