Joe Silva is the CEO and co-founder of Spektion, a cybersecurity software company dedicated to helping organizations better understand and manage their software security risks. Before founding Spektion, Joe served as the Chief Information Security Officer CISO at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a global leader in commercial real estate. Prior to JLL, he was Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity at TransUnion, where he led enterprise security programs.
Earlier in his career, Joe held product leadership roles at Symantec and iSight Partners, focusing on threat intelligence and cybersecurity solutions. His professional journey began with active-duty military service and civilian roles in the U.S. intelligence community. Joe resides in the Austin, Texas area with his family.
